Born in Sivas in 1966 and completed high school education at Sivas High School.

Graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Public Finance. Additionally, graduated from Anadolu University, Department of History, in January 2024.

Served as a Tax Inspector at the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Treasury and Finance for 9 years.

Transitioned to the private sector and worked as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Auditor at an international sworn-in certified public accounting firm.

Served as Financial Affairs and Accounting Manager at one of the largest foreign trade companies in Izmir.

Obtained the Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant (Sworn-in CPA) license in 2005.

Worked as a Sworn-in CPA and Lead Auditor at an international sworn-in certified public accounting firm.

Founded Çözüm Ünlüer Bağımsız Denetim ve YMM AŞ in 2010.

Currently serves as an expert witness and concordat commissioner in Tax, Commercial, and Labor Courts.

Holds the title of Lead Auditor for the audit of publicly traded companies subject to the Capital Markets Board (CMB).

Authorized as a Lead Auditor by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority (POA).
