Born in Tokat in 1964.

After graduating from Izmir Finance Vocational High School, completed undergraduate education at Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Public Finance, and subsequently graduated from the Izmir University Master's Program in Economic Law.

Worked at the Ministry of Finance, Chief Legal Counsel's Office, and resigned from the position of Revenue Chief at the Aliağa Tax Office.

Became a CPA (SMMM) by examination in 1994, and a Sworn-in CPA (YMM) in 2015. Additionally, holds the title of Independent Auditor.

Has intermediate proficiency in English and French.
